Many campaigns, from bilboards to TV adverts usually feature models from abroad. Most claim it is difficult to find local talent or local agencies of a certain standard. With the numerous beautiful potentials we see almost everyday our intentions is to scout, develop and deliver some of the best modelling talent from Africa to the world.

Our mission is to have a strong agency of which all respected clients in or outside of Africa can be proud of working with. From the introductions to the prints. Sadly, some models in Africa are pushed to engage in activities (sometimes sexual) with their agents in order to be contracted or get contracts, which results to some unprofessional models getting jobs and some great potential being refused jobs or getting signed. Also many models with international opportunities end up signing away years of their potential to agencies that are clueless on their objective and end up limiting their carreirs. This is not to speak for all nor the majority, but enough to create a stigma of fashion modelling in many African countries.

Confidence is proud to be creating a great reputation, relationship, and a clear understanding between it’s models and clients. Given these great hopefuls a chance to prove themselves to the international market and easing the fear of models that feel they are limited in modelling without engaging activities that are not relative to their modelling aspirations.

We believe the essence of an agency is not simply to find jobs and make a few calls, but to consistently put effort guide their models careers and ensuring they never reach a halt if and when they are determined. We also believe it is the responsibility of the agency to ensure that all background checks, disciplinary and punctuality of the models are in place for the satisfaction of all interested clients.
